Blacksmith a rapper born and raised in the UK, West London . Born to Jamaican parents, with music playing a major influence growing up, from the sound systems in the Caribbean to older siblings blasting 50 cent, Dipset and Dr Dre in the household. Blacksmith gained musical experience from doing guitar and keyboard lessons as well doing music GCSE before ever writing one lyric.

Blacksmith’s has been heavily influenced early by the likes of Royce da 5’9, Eminem, J Cole, Nas, Hopsin, Drake, Kendrick, Schoolboy Q, Pusha T, Giggs and Skepta. Later on influences then expanded to Grime and UK rap. Fascinated with the ability to say a lot with as few words as possible, lyricism is Blacksmith’s own Hammer and Anvil as he navigates through beats.
